Lead Technician:

  • Implement the company mission, vision, and core of beliefs.
  • Serve our clients vigorously helping them achieve freedom and quality of life.
  • Make sure your space maintains a “show ready” appearance.
  • Daily be in uniform including company apparel as well as The Seal badge.
  • Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events.
  • Daily clock-in and keep accurate track of hours worked.
  • Manage your Assistant Tech to ensure they are completing all their duties.
  • Do vehicle check daily for fluids, tire pressure and wear and tear.
  • Inspect soft washing equipment to ensure it is in working order.
  • Review work orders for accuracy and to ensure you have all materials to complete the job.
  • Ensure Manuals and Paperwork are onboard service trucks.
  • Review the scope of work with the customer for accuracy.
  • Regulate use of PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site.
  • Protect customer’s property and landscape from physical or chemical damages.
  • Meet your production goal for the week and month.
  • Communicate with the Branch Administrator your schedule progress.
  • Drive the company vehicle in an admirable way, representing the company well.
  • Complete the sections of the work order that you are responsible for.
  • Collect required before & after pictures and video document the work as it progresses.
  • Complete projects with a final walk around with customers and collect payment.

 

Assistant Technician:

  • Implement the company mission, vision, and core of beliefs.
  • Serve our clients vigorously helping them achieve freedom and quality of life.
  • Make sure your space maintains a “show ready” appearance.
  • Daily be in uniform including company apparel as well as The Seal badge.
  • Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events.
  • Daily clock-in and keep accurate track of hours worked.
  • Prepare the soft wash truck with soaps and materials to complete the daily scope of work.
  • Ensure extra pumps and parts are on the truck to keep the system up and running.
  • Do vehicles check daily for fluids, tire pressure, and wear and tear.
  • Inspect your soft washing system to ensure it is in working order.
  • Review work orders for accuracy and to ensure you have all materials to complete the job.
  • Daily use PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site.
  • Protect customer’s property and landscape from physical or chemical damages.
  • Aid Lead Tech in meeting the production goal for the week and month.
  • Soft wash the surfaces designated in the scope of work cleaning and sanitizing the surface.
  • Complete the service trucks share in the Popcorn Marketing program.
  • Daily complete End-Of-Day procedure each day.
  • Ensure the toolbox is onboard and has all the tools needed to repair the truck or system.
  • Ensure Manuals and Paperwork are onboard service trucks.
  • Be a part of the accountability chain for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

 

Territory Manager:

  • Implement the company mission, vision, and core of beliefs.
  • Serve our clients vigorously helping them achieve freedom and quality of life.
  • Make sure your space maintains a “show ready” appearance.
  • Daily be in uniform including company apparel as well as The Seal badge.
  • Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events.
  • Handle customer care claims in your territory.
  • Weekly keep your sales up to or exceeding your sales quota.
  • Perform in-field safety accountability inspections in your territory.
  • Validate roof soft washing warranty claims onsite.
  • Perform onsite proposals and consultations.
  • Drive the company vehicle in an admirable way, representing the company well.
  • Maintain your territory keeping momentum.
  • Participate in and set-up all company trade shows.
  • Foster referral partner relationships.
  • Execute your part of the company Popcorn Marketing plan.
  • Execute your part of the company SoftServTM Business System.
  • Maintain your sales vehicle to company standard.
  • Follow-up with quotes that were not closed.
  • Participate in local leads groups to develop relationships, creating leads.
  • Maintain customer information and data input into the company CRM.
