In life, you get what you pay for. I first reached out to No Moss because of their stellar online reviews, but because the price was a little higher than expected I shopped around a bit. The problem is that I did not feel a sense of trust or true concern for my property when speaking with other contractors. I also learned that other contractors use power washing, and while it may be safe, there is also great risk for causing damage. No Moss does not power wash but instead sweeps the roof and then blows off additional debris. Then they apply their moss-killing solution, which is also unique to them and essential for killing the shingle-damaging roots. All of the debris around the house was then picked up, bagged, and taken away, and then to my surprise all of my windowed were hand washed! And if this wasn t enough to justify their price, both contractors on site were wearing photo name tags, the lead person was very friendly and personable, and you could immediately tell from talking with him and then watching him work that he takes pride in delivering a high quality product with customer service being a very high priority. So like I said in the beginning, you get what you pay for, and if you get a slightly higher quote from No Moss over the other guys, don t hesitate for a moment because they deliver the whole package with high quality work and professionalismDavid C.

No Moss Softwash did a great job for me. I literally had moss on my roof, my brick fire pit, my brick walkways, and cement where the water runs from the down spout. They took care of all that for me through a softwash process, not pressure wash. Chris was very thorough with explaining the process and what they could do. The estimate was written to provide a breakdown of items so that I could pick and choose services. The two young men who came to do the work, were very thorough as well. They were very careful with my property including plants, which were no worse for the wear after the process. They cleaned windows off from any overspray. They also did an excellent job at clean-up after cleaning both roofs. When they left, everything was put back where it came from and the place looked sparkly.
